Mediation and ADR have traditionally been part of formal proceedings in court. These services are now a highly regarded alternative to litigation and should be considered amongst your options for resolving legal disputes. They involve a number of different approaches, depending on the circumstances and the parties involved. Mediation and ADR can provide those involved with the opportunity to resolve a dispute privately, quickly, cheaply, and with the least disruption to personal relationships.
