Marianne has had extensive experience in all areas of intellectual property, trade practices, general commercial law and sports law. Prior to signing the Bar Roll, she was a Senior Associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in the Intellectual Property and Trade Practices section.
Joe came to the Bar in 1992 and has practiced exclusively in the Family Law jurisdiction since that time, incorporating both matrimonial and de facto matters.
Joe regularly conducts mediations and is an Accredited Advanced Mediator.
I practice in a wide range of commercial litigation matters. I am an accomplished pleader and have experience in all facets of interlocutory and trial work. I appear in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria and on occasions in major Magistrate Court matters.
Alan graduated LL.B (Hons) at London University in 1976, completed Bar-at-Law in 1977 and began pupillage and practice in London in specialised shipping chambers.
