Peter Caillard is a commercial barrister with extensive legal and commercial experience in Australia and overseas.
Ek practices in all areas of Family Law – matrimonial or de-facto relationships – dealing with parenting and property matters. He appears at the Family Court, Federal Circuit Court and Magistrates’ Court.
Alex Fogarty has 25 years’ experience as a solicitor both in private practice (commercial and crime), in-house corporate counsel and as a banker.

Insurance
Carolyn practices in commercial and administrative law, with a particular emphasis on wills and estates, property, equity and trusts claims.
Brad specialises in commercial disputes, with particular expertise in class actions, contract, insurance, construction, property, consumer law and corporations law proceedings. He also practises extensively in common law matters.
Louise Martin practises in public, regulatory and commercial law and employment and industrial law. She regularly appears in a range of courts and tribunals, including the Federal Court and the Victorian Supreme Court.
Haroon is an experienced and effective advocate. He works collaboratively with his instructors and clients to resolve disputes.
Kieran Hickie has a broad commercial practice with a focus on commercial law and equity, property, trusts, corporations and insolvency, tax, banking and securities, construction and consumer protection.
Andrew has a broad commercial and equity practice at the Bar. He is regularly briefed in respect of contract, trust, property, insolvency (both personal and corporate), partnership and/or corporations law disputes.

Raini Zambelli is a corporate and commercial law barrister. She has acted for large financial institutions, governments, and government agencies, corporate entities of all size, directors, joint ventures and partnerships.
Owen has a broad commercial practice with a focus on complex disputes primarily encompassing issues of contract and misleading or deceptive conduct, as well as proceedings in respect of superannuation, commercial leasing and professional misconduct.
