Toby principally practices in building and construction litigation and arbitration. Toby advises and appears as counsel in disputes ranging from small scale developments through to complex engineering and major infrastructure projects.

Vinod was admitted in 1998 and signed the bar roll in 2007. Vinod has over 20 years of experience in criminal, commercial and Intellectual property law matters. He is on the panel of prosecutors for the Commonwealth, (CDPP), and Victorian, (OPP) Prosecutions Office.

Sam defends employers (from publicly listed companies to individuals) and employees charged with OH&S offences under both State (WorkSafe) and Commonwealth (Comcare) matters.
Daniel practises in common law with a focus on medical malpractice litigation, public liability claims and institutional abuse claims and appears for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Before coming to the Bar, Banjo was a Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson and the Associate to the Honourable Justice Middleton of the Federal Court of Australia.
Morgan's practice is focused on Common Law, Public law and regulatory/white-collar crime, including OHS. He is particularly focussed on where there is a substantial cross-over in practice areas with Crime.
Robin specialises in family law matters with complex questions of law, including matters with issues related to bankruptcy, equity, trusts, and third party disputes. He regularly appears in court for pre-trial hearings, final hearings, and appeals. He has an extensive appeals practice.
Rebecca was associate to Chief Justice Warren of the Supreme Court of Victoria for two years and comes to the Bar from the commercial litigation department at Allens Arthur Robinson.Prior to the associateship, she undertook the Melbourne Juris Doctor, having spent five years as a project manager

Kerry Stephens was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in 1990. Kerry retired from the Victoria Police in December 2005. Shortly after retiring, Kerry commenced work for Tony Hargreaves and Partners as a solicitor.
