Andrea is a Common Law Barrister, practicing primarily in personal injury and insurance law.
Chris practices in criminal law and has extensive advocacy experience.
He holds an Indictable Crime Certificate and is on the Victoria Legal Aid Criminal Trial Preferred Barrister List.
Bec's primary practice areas are in public law, environmental and planning law, negligence, and intentional torts. She also accepts briefs for inquests/inquiries, and appears regularly in general commercial matters.
Phoebe accepts briefs in a range of areas including common law, personal injuries, statutory compensation, occupational health and safety, and administrative law.
Matthew has practised exclusively as a Family Law barrister for over a decade, having been called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2010 and the Victorian Bar in 2021. In that time he has appeared reguarly in trials, interim hearings and at dispute resolution events.

Jennifer welcomes briefs in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, public and administrative law matters, and inquests and inquiries. She accepts briefs to appear and advise for both prosecution and defence.
Winnie practices in commercial and administrative law, specialising in taxation.
Before coming to the Bar, Winnie was a Senior Associate in Clayton Utz’s taxation practice and has advised on various federal and state tax disputes.
Alyse accepts briefs in commercial and public law matters.
Her commercial practice encompasses banking and finance, building and construction, class actions, energy and resources, and tax (charity law). Her public law practice includes regulatory and administrative law.
Elizabeth practises primarily in commercial and public law. She is regularly briefed as junior counsel in complex matters and appeals and has also appeared unled in final hearings and interlocutory applications.
Bryn has a broad practice in public and administrative law. Bryn is an experienced advocate and appears in all jurisdictions, including VCAT, the AAT, County Court, Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Victoria. Bryn has also appeared in the High Court.
Luisa practices in commercial and public law.
Stephen practises in a broad range of matters across employment, corporations and general commercial law.
He also has special interests in medical, research and therapeutic goods regulation, sports, and technology companies including start-ups.
Joseph practices across a broad range of commercial matters, with particular focus on equity, trusts and wills and estates matters. He regularly appears in the Supreme Court both led and unled in a wide range of trust and succession law matters.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Daniel worked as a solicitor for several years at Wisewould Mahony, in the areas of personal injury, family law, and property law. He primarily worked in the property law team and was regularly acting for large corporations and financial institutions.
Annette accepts briefs in a broad range of commercial matters.
Nussen welcomes briefs in all areas of commercial law including retail leases, building and construction, owners corporation, motor vehicle accidents, wills and estates, civil and family law in particular financial and property matters.

John O'Halloran has a broad commercial practice. He is intimately acquainted with issues pertaining to insurance law, construction disputes, as well as trusts equity and probate (TEP).
Christopher is an accredited mediator (in Australia and the UK) and a seasoned international M&A practitioner with extensive drafting and negotiation experience.
Nick is a specialist in taxation and commercial law.

Patrick practices predominantly in common law, with a focus on medical negligence, institutional abuse, traffic accident and work injury matters.
Patrick also accepts briefs to appear at commissions, inquires, and disciplinary proceedings, as well as in criminal law matters.
Katharine has a broad trial and appellate practice spanning public, commercial and criminal law. She is regularly briefed as junior counsel in matters involving complex issues of law and evidence and also appears unled.
Sergio practises in Migration Law, Citizenship Law, Administrative Law and Public Law. He welcomes both appearance and advice briefs from law firms, government agencies and registered migration agents (RMAs).
