After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne in 1990, I was admitted to practice in 1992. I signed the Roll of Counsel in 2001.
After a 20 year career as a solicitor in Geelong , Allana joined the Victorian Bar in 2001.

Gavan was admitted in 1989 and worked for twelve years as a solicitor in the Mildura area. For eight years he practiced with Mr. Bruce Garde and for four years as principal solicitor at the Murray Mallee Community Legal Service.
