Since coming to the bar in 2005, Gavin has been briefed primarily in the areas of insurance and personal injury law. He appears regularly in the Supreme, County and Magistrates' Courts both in Melbourne and on circuit.
Practice Details
Since coming to the Bar in 2005 Rory McIvor has specialised in Family Law, particularly in matrimonial and de facto property matters.
Ingrid is an experienced advocate who has a particular specialty in Powers of Attorney and Guardianship and Administration matters. She also appears in VCAT human rights matters and disciplinary reviews.
Joanne’s expertise and interest is in environmental and planning law. She appears regularly before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Planning Panels Victoria and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Tyson was admitted to practice in 1998 and signed the Bar Roll in 2005. He conducts a broad commercial litigation and advisory practice.

Fiona McKenzie practises mainly in the area of administrative law. In recent years she has focussed on Aged Care work for Aged Care providers who are facing regulatory action by the Department of Health and Aged Care or the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency.

Although admitted in 1972 David did not practice in law until 1995 when he was employed as a duty lawyer with VLA for 4 years. He then spent 7 years at the OPP including one year with the Western Australia DPP as a Crown Prosecutor before coming to the Bar.
Nicholas Andreou is a highly experienced Victorian barrister and mediator, who specialises in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, building and construction law, commercial law, corporations law, and defamation law.
John comes to the Bar with a great breadth of experience both in and outside the law. Admitted to practice in Victoria in 1985, he became a partner in the firm of Gadens Ridgeway (as it then was) in 1989.
