Jennika practices in commercial litigation, with a focus on the areas of Equity and Trusts, Building and Construction, Property, and Insolvency. She has a thorough knowledge of substantive law, litigation strategy and civil procedure, and has a particular affinity for complex problem solving.
Stephanie practises in commercial law, with particular experience in corporate insolvency, banking and finance and building and construction matters.

Christie has a broad commercial practice with over a decade of experience in complex corporations and trust disputes, proceedings under the Australian Consumer Law, directors’ duties and shareholder disputes, intellectual property, corporate insolvency and insurance.
Shaun specialises in commercial law, with a particular focus in the areas of contractual and partnership disputes, financial services and insolvency.
Paul practises in common law for both plaintiffs and defendants / insurers.
Paul has particular experience in medical negligence, and also acts in public liability, product liability, class actions, insurance and professional disciplinary matters.
Sarah practises primarily in commercial and public law. Sarah also accepts briefs in some criminal, quasi-criminal and common law matters.
Andrew Burnett has over 10 years’ experience in civil and commercial litigation. Andrew’s legal expertise includes advice and appearances in matters concerning corporations, arbitration, taxation, building and construction, wills and probate, industrial relations and property law.
Emily practises primarily in common law and administrative law, including commissions and inquiries. She also accepts briefs in some commercial and quasi-criminal law matters. Emily is regularly briefed to advise and appear in trials, appeals and other hearings within those fields.
Nic's principal areas of practice are commercial disputes and insurance law, with a focus on professional liability, class actions, corporations (including oppression and insolvency), trade practices, and complex contractual disputes concerning the development of land.
