How to be an Effective Leader

The second in the CPD Masterclass series is aimed specifically at silks who have been senior counsel for up to five years – although it is open to all.

The Hon Lex Lasry, the Hon John Dixon and Rachel Doyle SC will conduct a panel discussion and invite conversation about the changes and challenges everyone faces when transitioning to a leadership role. The panel will discuss the courts’ expectations of senior counsel, leadership qualities and learning skills such as delegation, communication and team management.
