Mediators Discussion Group

This seminar will focus on good faith in mediations. What does it mean to negotiate in good faith to resolve a dispute? What happens if a party to a mediation is not there in good faith ?

There will be an opportunity for anybody to raise issues pertaining to good faith in medations and to raise any questions for peer discussion on this topic. You can draw from your experience as a mediator or as counsel for a party at mediation. This is an important part of a reflective practice for mediators.
