The Governor in Council has appointed the following as judges of the County Court of Victoria:

His Honour Judge Andrew Palmer (Criminal Division)

Her Honour Judge Suzanne Kirton (Commercial Division)

The appointments were effective from Tuesday, 5 September 2023.

Welcome ceremonies to mark the appointments of Judge Palmer and Judge Kirton will be held on Tuesday, 19 September at 9:15am (click here to view the live stream) and Thursday, 12 October at 9:15am, respectively.
