Following the recent Victorian Bar Council election, the following office bearers have been appointed to the Bar Council for the 2023-2024 term:

At its meeting on 9 November 2023, the Bar Council resolved to seek expressions of interest for the positions of Honorary Secretary and Assistant Honorary Secretary.
