The Workcover Scheme Modernisation Act – Get the Inside Info

The Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment (Workcover Scheme Modernisation) Act 2024 was passed earlier this year. The Compensation Law Bar Association is honoured to host Tom Lynch (Director, Dispute Management Division) and Jason Lardelli (Executive Director, Return to Work Victoria) from Worksafe to present on the changes to the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013, in conjunction with barrister Luke Perilli, who will provide insight into what the changes mean for practice in the State workers' compensation arena.
