Tim practises in class actions, corporations, property and commercial law.
Georgie Coleman practises in commercial law, regulatory law, and public law and inquiries.
John has a broad commercial practice with a particular interest in professional negligence matters. John also acts in matters involving contract law, property law (including leasing), insolvency and bankruptcy, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and incorporated associations.
Victoria practices in a broad range of commercial and common law matters.
Victoria appears in all State and Federal courts, as well as private arbitrations, and accepts briefs to appear, advise and draw pleadings.
Campbell joined the Bar in May 2014. Previously, Campbell had been a partner in the commercial litigation group of Freehills, focusing primarily on disputes related to intellectual property or information technology.
Georgia has substantial trial and interlocutory experience across a broad range of practice areas with a focus on commercial, corporations, property and common law matters. She appears regularly in all courts and tribunals (both as junior counsel and unled).
Marcus Fleming has a significant practice in commercial litigation with a particular focus on intellectual property law.
