Since her call to the Tasmanian Bar in 2021, Regina has specialised in historical abuse matters in Tasmania and Victoria. She has been briefed to lead Reviews into historical abuse in organisations such as police and sports including Victorian Racing. Her other areas of practise include administrative law and integrity/commission briefs.
Regina is the International Criminal Court (ICC) Bar Association focal point on sexual and gender-based violence, is the Ecocide Working Group Chair and appears on the ICC list of counsel for victims and defence.
Regina was a prosecution trial lawyer at the ICC in The Hague for nine years working predominantly on cases emanating from east Africa before returning to lead legal teams of several federal government agencies in Canberra including ASADA and Sporting Integrity Australia.
Regina is the Australian Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Committee Chair (Tas) and sits on the Tasmanian Legal Profession Board.
