Eli practises in corporate & commercial law, insolvency, property (including retail and commercial leasing), planning, equity & trusts, and proceeds of crime.
Eli was an Associate at MinterEllison in the Real Estate, Environment & Planning department where he predominately practised in retail and commercial leasing.
Eli was previously a Principal Solicitor at the Office of Public Prosecutions where he had carriage of complex proceeds of crime litigation and quasi-criminal matters in the County Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. He also practised as a solicitor at Nevett Ford Ballarat (now Nevetts Lawyers) in commercial law and SLF Lawyers in insolvency.
