Upon his admission to practice in
1996 Mark worked with Madgwicks on the preparation of pleadings in the Pyramid
building Society case. Mark then joined the Mornington Peninsula firm of Wright
Smith for a period of 2 years handling a broad range of matters including
Commercial litigation, wills and estates (including TFM litigation), family law,
criminal law and personal injury matters. In April 1999 Mark joined Ellinghaus Weill
Lawyers where he became a Senior Associate before coming to the Bar in 2001.
Mark independently managed commercial litigation, building disputes, retail
tenancy, personal injury, medical negligence and family law files. The work
involved regular appearance work at VCAT, Magistrates and County Court, Supreme
Court and Family Court.
