Prior to coming to the bar, Dara was a Senior Associate at Lander & Rogers in Melbourne and previously worked in Canberra at a prominent national family law firm.
Nick Kotzman practises in all areas of commercial law. Nick has a particular interest in competition and consumer law, corporations and securities matters, insolvency law, and class action proceedings.

Alex practises predominately in commercial law. He has a broad practice with interests in building and construction, intellectual property and media law. He has particular expertise in matters arising under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002 (Vic).

Peter Turner qualified as a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney (2003) after serving as Tipstaff in the New South Wales Court of Appeal (2002).

Prior to coming to the Victorian Bar, Julia was an associate to the Honourable Justice Elliott at the Supreme Court of Victoria. She was also a solicitor in the commercial litigation team at King & Wood Mallesons.
Amanda’s principal practice areas are commercial, consumer, regulatory, insurance, retail leasing, insolvency and dispute resolution.
