Ned Marlow-Weir practises in all areas of commercial law.
Ned's principal experience includes corporate insolvency and restructuring, banking litigation, bankruptcy, corporations and securities (including schemes of arrangement) and contractual disputes.
Before coming to the Bar, Ned was an associate in MinterEllison's dispute resolution team. At MinterEllison, Ned acted for a range of stakeholders in connection with both corporate insolvency and bankruptcy. He also has broad experience in general commercial disputes, banking litigation and corporations and securities matters.
Ned is a former associate to the Honourable Justice Sloss in the Commercial List of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Ned holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from The University of Adelaide and is currently undertaking a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.
