Gregory is an experienced advocate who practices across all areas of criminal law, including quasi-criminal matters.
He also accepts briefs in RSPCA matters, occupational health and safety inquiries, intervention orders, coronial inquests, licencing applications and matters in building and construction law.
He is available to appear in all courts and jurisdictions in Victoria and accepts interstate briefs.
Gregory regularly appears in complex criminal matters including contested committal hearings, summary hearings, appeals, bail applications and plea hearings across the Magistrates' Court, County Court and Supreme Court.
Gregory also regularly appears as junior counsel in criminal trials and was selected as a participant in the Victoria Legal Aid Trial Counsel Development Program.
Prior to the Bar, Gregory spent over three years as a prosecutor advocating in a range of complex matters.

He also has a Bachelor of Engineering (Structural and Civil) and Bachelor of Business Management from RMIT.
