Andrew Chislett completed law at the University of Melbourne. He completed articles at a boutique commercial litigation firm in the city. Afterwards he practiced as a solicitor in the goulburn valley for around 10 years primarily in family law.
Eloise practises in all areas of commercial law, including contractual disputes and corporations and securities law. She also provides advice on regulatory matters, including to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
Jacob graduated with degrees in Law, with Honours, and Arts.
Jacob served his articles of clerkship at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office under principals James Ruddle and John Cain.
John Sutton practices principally as a trial lawyer in all areas of criminal law especially matters involving complex factual, medical, mental health or scientific issues. He also conducts an appellate practice.Prior to coming to the Victorian Bar he has had many years experience as a Solicitor
Charlotte Duckett was admitted to practice in March of 2002 and signed the bar roll in November 2009.
Nigel worked as a solicitor in general practice, then in large-scale commercial litigation matters prior to being called to the Bar.

Warren is a commercial barrister. He has acted for individuals, companies and incorporated associations in civil litigation. He has appeared in the Federal Court in bankruptcy proceedings, the Supreme, County and Magistrates Courts in commercial disputes.
Daniel Epstein principally practices in the VCAT jurisdiction in the areas of Administrative and Civil law; specialising in planning and environment, building and construction, compulsory acquisition, covenant removal, owners corporation, leasing, real property and Australian consumer Law.

Ragu re-signed the Bar Roll in 2015, after more than 8 years as a Special Counsel in the employ of Russell Kennedy.
